Return Policy

  • The Crown Boutique offers store credit (no refunds) for eligible return items.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in new condition- this means items must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached. Items must also be free of any odor, pet hair, make up, deodorant or stains. If you return items that do not meet this criteria they will not be accepted as a return. 
  • Items are only eligible for return if returned within 14 days from your order date. 
  • The following items are not eligible for return: Sale items, preorders, jewelry, accessories, personal items (bodysuits, earrings, swimsuits, etc.)
  • The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are not refundable. 
  • Once we receive your return please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. 
  • If you are shipping an item/items over $75, you should consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost packages when you ship back a return. 
  • At this time we do not offer exchanges. 

Defective Items

  • If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us via email, shopthecrownboutique@gmail.com, within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date. Returns will not be granted after that time frame.
  • Color variation due to photography lenses, computer monitor resolutions and/or lighting does not qualify as damage. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Once your order is placed it can not be modified. We work hard to ship your order quickly. You may return the item in accordance with our return policy.  

Shipping Policy

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. 
  • The Crown Boutique is not responsible for invalid shipping information given by the customer. 
  • The Crown Boutique is not responsible for delays with USPS, UPS or FedEx
  • Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" & you have not received your package- The Crown Boutique is not responsible. Please look to resolve this issue with USPS or your local law enforcement.
